Act III Design & Construction Ltd. has been in business since 1973.  Craig Strand has designed and built hundreds of projects since then. 

Our projects include: residential renovations, custom homes, and commercial leasehold improvements to retail stores, restaurants and light industrial businesses.   We have established a reputation with many clients that has brought them back for continued service with new projects.  In some cases we are now serving the next generation of previous clients.
